GTRI partnered with The Leaders Lyceum to further enhance collaboration and leadership performance across its eight research labs and core leadership team. In order to drive team development across the organization, multiple labs participated in a multi-day experience. This made possible communicating the shared vision for institution collaboration while investing in the growth and development of lab leaders.
