As a consulting partner to North Point leadership, The Leaders Lyceum developed a group experience to foster leadership and succession readiness for this fast growing organization.  An ongoing executive coaching and people development relationship allows specific developmental opportunities to be addressed in real time.

North Point Ministries, Inc. serves as the parent organization of a family of non-denominational churches, which began in metro Atlanta.  It has grown to five Atlanta area churches, along with growing network of US and international strategic partner churches. North Point strives to accomplish its mission by creating irresistible environments led by skilled staff and volunteers.
