Working with a newly formed leadership team, The Leaders Lyceum partnered with Printpack to strengthen functional leadership dynamics, create a culture of personal development, and lay the foundation for successor leader development.  With a divisional team of senior leaders, the four-month experience yielded team and individual goals being established, creating increased team transparency and a shared vision for corporate growth objectives.
