Challenge-to-Change targets leader development during times of organizational change. The C2C program experience takes place over three to six weeks and is tailored to meet specific client needs, from new leader assimilation and structural reorganization, to merger and acquisition integration, to acute business transformation.
Bottom Line: Leveraging the challenges of change to increase leader effectiveness and promoting a culture of responsibility and ownership instead of blame.
