The former central division of Macy’s Inc. engaged The Leaders Lyceum to deploy the “Challenge-to-Change” process as a means of fostering a healthy transition during the closing of this 850-employee division.  Post-closing performance data provided by the company indicated a tremendous positive performance difference compared to that of two other divisions experiencing the same difficult transition.
