University System of Georgia & Board of Regents

Using the “Elevated Leadership” curriculum model as a foundation, the Board of Regents of the University System of Georgia has partnered with The Leaders Lyceum annually since 2009 to provide the Executive Leadership Institute (ELI) for two nominees from each of the USG member institutions.  Additional programming for ELI alumni has also been created to maintain the developmental momentum of University System and institution leaders. The results have yielded a significant number of newly promoted leaders who have been recognized as capable to take on the increasing challenges of leading teams in the changing environment of higher education.

The University System of Georgia and Board of Regents oversees 30+ colleges and universities across the state.  These institutions employ approximately 11,000 faculty and over 28,000 staff.
