Bethany provides strategic and logistical support to Keith, the business, and its clients by overseeing the day-to-day operation of the firm, managing internal logistics, building client relationships, and administering assessments. 

Bethany’s diverse experience has given her the ability to see the big picture while remaining focused on the minutia. She has worked in a variety of industries including media and television, financial services, medical software development, as well as recruiting.

Having studied finance in Australia, Bethany’s international experience gives her a unique perspective and a more holistic approach to business and to life.  She is passionate about helping people create positive change through leadership and personal growth.
