USG Executive Leadership Institute
The USG and Board of Regents oversees 35 colleges and universities across the state. These institutions employ approximately 11,000 faculty and over 28,000 staff. Using the “Elevated Leadership” curriculum model as a foundation, the USG has partnered annually with The Leaders Lyceum since 2009 to provide the Executive Leadership Institute (ELI) for two nominees from each of the USG member institutions. Additional programming for ELI alumni has also been created to maintain the developmental momentum of University System and institution leaders.
